
In order to perform the highest jump possible you have to try to create momentum by swinging your arms upwards. Also when you're in the air you can put your legs to the side to make it look like you're jumping even higher!

A 180 is a very easy jump. The only problem that you can run into is that you turn too far, in order to stop this you can spread your arms.
