Everyone can perform a spread eagle, you don't have to be agile top perform this trick. To get started I recommend that you go to the dasher board (wooden/plastic plates on the side of your ice rink) and hold on to them and try to put your legs in the right position, you will see that everyone can do this. When you begin I recommend that you just skate forwards and then you put your left leg next to your right leg and then try to go straight. Once you succeed check out the gibbon trick, It will teach you how to gain speed while performing the spread eagle.
